Wellpark College is offering a free Seminar and Open Evening - where you’ll learn just how easy it is to integrate these plant and spice preparations into your life.
You’ll learn about the connection between the ancient
Ayurvedic wisdom of plant and spice preparations and stress related
chronic illness such as autoimmune conditions, diabetes, obesity, cancer.
You’ll also learn to:
- Identify plants and spices useful in achieving optimal health and vitality.
- Discover how to save on supplements or commercially sold natural supplies through making your own preparations at home.
- Recognise the connection and conflict between body–types and supplementation.
