The philosophy and history of Ayurveda is discussed and you will learn how to relate Ayurvedic concepts to the development of wellbeing.
You will learn about the role of nutrition in Ayurvedic health, gain an understanding of how to analyse Doshas and the state of Agni in pulse and tongue analysis.
You will learn to carry out basic Ayurvedic massage, and other body therapies and apply a basic range of Ayurvedic spices.
